At first, I wasn’t really sure about using this website as it all seemed way too easy/too good to be true. That being said, I would 100% recommend using CustomMade for any jewelry projects, and especially for engagement rings. The whole team is a huge help and thoroughly explains every single process in detail, and they really do make your ideas come to life. It is much easier than going into a jewelry store, and you are able to put personal touches on your piece that you wouldn’t be able to do elsewhere. I loved the transparency throughout the entire process, and the team responds quickly. My only issue was that from the professional pictures taken before I received the actual ring and for the price, I thought the engagement ring that I had purchased would have a bigger stone. However, it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, and I love the box it arrived in as well. I can’t wait to propose to my girlfriend in a few months!!!
