What a GREAT experience! From design to the product arriving—can’t say that anything can be improved or changed. I will add that as an active duty military member who lives overseas, the shipping process was a little stressful (possibility of it getting lost and insurance), but I was reassured insurance and packaging would be assured. And it was! My husband loves his ring!
