I was expecting it to be a lot thicker than it was but I can see that we never actually discussed that aspect during the entire conversation besides the size of the center diamond. I'm not opposed to the fact that it is small, but the design is a lot harder to see cause of it. Nevertheless, I'm happy with what I have. That said, the process CustomMade takes is quite nice. I loved discussing with each lead during each of the steps. I would've preferred if the production team was as communicative as the rest of the teams instead of sending me generic information, but otherwise it was quite well done. The only reason I went down to 4 stars for Communication & Professionalism is cause I felt the standard was a little lower in the production team compared to the rest of the team. However, I got a unique design that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else and for that I'm grateful. Shipping however was a pain since they sent it through DHL and DHL France does not clear platinum items through customs. So I had to go through a forwarding agent to deal with it and that cost me a bit more than I was expecting.
