Very friendly, respectable, prompt and highly skilled team. I had them make a ring for my wife that only existed in a video game. They were incredibly helpful the whole way through. I would always get a response in a day or less. They would even answer my questions on weekends and holidays, I don't think they take days off. The first ring they made looked great in pictures but was a little lack luster in person. They took the ring back without question and we went back to the drawing board. I was able to change the center stone and they tweaked the design and now it's a stunning ring. It turned out very close to the ring in the game and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company, they will not leave you disappointed.
