From the beginning of the process when I first opened the website the experience was amazing. I was just looking for ideas for engagement rings when I was quickly emailed after filling out the quick survey on what I was looking for. For my ring project I worked with many people from the CustomMade Team and everything was transparent. They are truly willing to work with you every step of the way and change things if you have a different idea. The engagement ring turned out absolutely beautiful and I would be glad to work with them for any other rings I look to get in the future.
