I was shocked at how quickly and accurately Custom Made was able to bring my ideas together and create the perfect engagement ring. From the very beginning the design team was attentive, responsive, and friendly. I had just a couple months to get a ring and the team gave me plenty of options to make that happen. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and do everything to make sure that all parties involved love the ring even after it is delivered. It felt great to be in the hands of such a caring team. It can be tricky doing this online so if I have any advice it is to start as early as possible so there’s no rush, look at the images provided very closely and don’t be afraid to ask for more images of stones. Lastly give them as much as possible to work with because the team will nail it as long as you give them the right information. Ive had and continue to have a great experience with Custom Made. My now fiancé and I are very happy.
