Super professional, responsive, honest, and fun company to work with. I had so much fun designing my dream ring and had step by step help staying within my budget. I love the education that was provided throughout the process to make sure that I was making the best decisions regarding materials and design. My team was always available to me, even on the weekends, which was also a nice perk. We ran into a few issues that caused delays, but the team from custom made kept me in the loop and they were very honest during the process. I'm so happy with my beautiful ring! Highly recommend!
