I entrusted my husband’s custom signet ring to be crafted by CustomMade and I must tell you they did not disappoint. I immediately contacted the company which assigned me my very own jewelry expert/consultant which communicated with me through a secure website. My husband designed the ring and those very sketches, I sent directly to the consultant. Base on those sketches, a draft was sent to me and the ring was exactly as drawn. After a few tweaks, I approved the design. During the crafting of the ring, I was updated every step of the way from when the mold had been completed to when the design was being hand crafted. When we received the ring, we were in awe. I could not believe all the Intricate detailing.This ring could not have come out any better and I know this because before CustomMade, I sent over the same sketches of the ring to another ring company and the finally design they provided were terrible. Needless to say they were unable to make the design 3D. We thank CustomMade for this beautiful piece and because of them, this ring will be in our family for generations to come and will be passed down to our son.
