From the jump, Custom Made was first class in their communication, professionalism, and patience. The process from conceptualization to final product was streamlined and easy to follow; I never had to follow up with them and if I had questions, they were always quick to respond.
Most importantly, my fiance loves the ring! It's exactly what she wanted and it could not have turned out better.
