CustomMade was truly a custom experience. Each specialist who got in touch was respectful and so accommodating. Any question I had they answered happily, and they kept me in the loop during all phases of production. The best part was I was quite nervous to send through random pictures, none of which were what I wanted for the ring, but they took everything and put it all together into my Custom design. We have been so happy with the result for the engagement ring, and truly special that my partner and I got to design it together.
