From start to finish Custom Made was in constant contact with me and saw my vision for the ring we designed. I say "we" because I really felt like I was a part of the process. We made changes along the way, which went smoothly. Most importantly, my fiance was ecstatic over the finished product. I showed her all my correspondence with Custom Made and it really blew her away. It was something I didn't factor into the equation. Her appreciation for the details made the proposal even more romantic.
