We had a great experience working with Custom Made. They were very responsive to all the edits we requested on my wife's ring for our 20th Anniversary. We changed the design of the ring several times and they truly did not want to start making the ring until it was exactly what we wanted. They made the process easy. It took time, but that was ok because we wanted to get it right. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their own ring/rings.
