The whole experience was great. Excellent communication along the way and the product was SO perfect! Good quality and happy customers!! We had a necklace made for my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. The kids call her "Bunny", and the gems are their birthstone colors. Turned out beautifully.
My only complaint is my fault. I do wish I would have gotten bigger gems in it, but that was zero fault on custom.
