Every stage of the process went quite smoothly and honestly more smoothly than I had anticipated. The design aspect only tool 3 iterations from initial description to completion. That part felt so smooth it was like the designer was in my head. I have finally received the rings and even after seeing all of the designs and mockups and even completed pictures I am amazed at how beautiful and detailed they are. They were shipped on express and very securely and safely packaged. Fantastic service with a fantastic end result. No part of the process felt like a chore.
