Working with CustomMade was amazing. Quick response. Easy explanations. Up-front cost estimates, down to the penny. Payment was easy to set up, too. The tricky part was trusting someone on the other end of the transaction without being able to see the stones and metals in person. Photo quality was great. The process from start to finish was great! Better than the first time I got a ring at a local jeweler's.
