I had previously commissioned a custom engraved pendant from another jeweler. The results were unacceptable. Then I found CustomMade... It is insufficient to say they exceeded every expectation. They produced the piece I had envisioned when no one else seemed able to even understand. My daughter now has a "new" family heirloom. Thank you Custom Made!
