From start to finish, the process was flawless. Great communication between myself and the design staff. This ring is for our 40th anniversary and I had some specific requests. They listened and were able to craft a design that is everything I didn't even know I wanted. Not knowing how long this process would take, I started about 6 months out from our anniversary. 2 months later it is done and it is beautiful. Now I just have to keep it hidden for four more months.
