I was extremely impressed and happy about my experience with CustomMade. From start to finish, my production and design consultants/team were super organized, supportive and engaged in my project. I was super impressed by how active the team was in responding and updating me about every step in the process. My team worked with me for about 3 months to perfect and bring my unique piece to life. Despite not knowing exactly what I wanted to begin with, they guided me through the process. It can be very hard sometimes to trust to do custom work via a website/ online but CustomMade made it very personalized and I felt very connected with the people working on my piece. They were very open to any changes I requested with my piece and overall just made me feel comfortable with the whole process each step of the way! I would recommend anyone interested in creating a unique and quality piece of jewelry to work with this team.
