They were very informative regarding the processes and conveying the pros and cons of different styles such as oxidation. I felt as though they were truly interested in creating the perfect piece that met my specifications. I will be using CustomMade for each and every specialty piece. I am so thankful for finding this company. Even with only a month until Christmas they were able to create my piece and have it delivered on Christmas Eve!
