From start to finish my experience was absolutely amazing. I was skeptical at first of a company I had never heard of that just seemed to be online, but after reading other reviews I went for it, and I am glad I did. Everyone that assisted me (the sketch artists, 3D designers, Gem experts, project lead) were very kind and extremely helpful. They were able to turn my idea into an engagement ring on my fiance's finger in 1 month during the holiday season and the ring is stunning. I highly recommend CustomMade!
