We ordered a bridal set (engagement ring + wedding band) based off of a video game that we played together (Final Fantasy X). We love our bridal set and couldn't be happier with the finished product! After we supplied Custommade some images from the video game, they took ownership of the entire design process, from concept art sketches to 3D modeling and finally to ring manufacturing. Along the way, the Custommade team was incredibly responsive in adjusting the ring design according to our feedback, and they even allowed us to send the manufactured ring back for adjustments (we mistakenly ordered 1 size too big) at no additional cost. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Custommade, and we even decided to work with them again to make the groom's wedding band.
