From the very first message CustomMade were supportive and thoughtful in all of their messages. I was so cautious as I live in the UK and they’re a USA based company, I wasn’t sure what to expect and the prospect of creating a ring Was very daunting. Everything was taken at my pace and I was shown 3D models of my design and I was able to give feedback and get things changed as many times as I wanted. They offered expert advise and created the most beautiful rings. I’m in love with the results and I can’t wait for my girlfriend (soon to be fiancée!!) to see them ❤️❤️ P.s they even found a way to save me money at the end, really expert customer service!!
