I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with CustomMade. I was skeptical of using and an online service but found the staff I dealt with at all stages of the process informative and helpful all the way along. Most importantly, I never felt coerced or that the staff I dealt with were looking to up-sell or steer me over my budget. Likewise, whenever I asked for some time to pause and think, I was encouraged to do so and could pick it up again in my own time without pushiness or overt sales tactics. The finished product is outstanding and exactly as I envisioned. All in all it was simple, free of hassle and something I would recommend.
