Overall, my experience with CustomMade in making a custom signet ring was very positive. There was plenty of communication from the very beginning with reaching out to discuss the design, the draft, the mold, through production and shipment. The only slight aspect I would say could be improved is from design to the model, I had to rediscuss the idea and address aspects of the design I had addressed in the step before (centering and what aspects were more important). Otherwise, I love the final product and think this is an excellent company to work with. I will certainly be reaching out to them again for work.
