Excellent customer service and attention to detail. My piece more than satisfied my expectations. Having never done this before, I didn't know what to expect. CustomMade took the time to explain (in detail) every step of the process, which made me very confident in the finished product. CustomMade did an excellent job on taking an intimidating task, and breaking it down into small, manageable pieces. Would very much recommend this company to anyone searching for a ring, but can't find what they are envisioning.
