Overall, I'm very happy. The team was very responsive and timely throughout the process, and my fiance and I *very* pleased with the final result, which is the most important thing.
Only piece of feedback was that sometimes there were mixups during our correspondence about the spec and the photos (i.e. communicating the ring would be size 4.5 in one place but it ended up being 4.25 in another; having subtle rendering issues in the photos).
But all's well that end's well and it certainly ended well!
