I wanted to create a special piece for my daughter. Our local jeweler was unable to create it so, I took a risk and went through Custom Made. I was a bit nervous sending money to a company I could not actually go to in person.
However, this risk paid off. They were very professional, kept me up to date each step of the way, offered advice on the design as it went through the process.
I would definitely recommend them! The piece was exactly what I wanted.
