I had wanted to create a custom ring for years and was worried about cost and personalization with handling this type of request. With Custom made, I was able to send them pictures of comparable rings with detail explanation and receive drawn pictures and images of the ring that I was helping create. The customer service was amazing, as I was literally designing my dream ring with an artist. Given a price range, I was able to understand what materials would be used and was involved in the process all the way to shipping.
