My experience with custom made was nothing short of amazing. Definitely a 6/5 star experience for me. The main thing that made my experience stellar is that the amount of flexibility that the team had with me and my idea was amazing. I felt like they were dead set on making my engagement ring perfect. This made me feel at ease and more comfortable with doing everything online. I also loved that I was given a lot of information on every step of the process. They answered all 20-30 of my questions and if need be are still ready and prepared to answer any questions I may have even after I’ve received my ring. They presented me with pictures, descriptions, and paragraphs breaking down all of the information I could possibly need for the ring process. I definitely felt like I made a great decision going with custom made as my ring turned out better than I could’ve imagined and my fiancé loves it. Every day since she’s gotten it she’s gotten compliments about it.
