The product is very great and the service is even greater. My ring had to be made a couple extra times because it wasn’t quite how I requested it, and they remade it NO EXTRA CHARGE. I am satisfied with the final product. They don’t provide budget options, minimum price for a sterling silver ring would probably be about $500 considering they specialize in engagement and wedding rings. They also have other products. The people messaging me specialized in what part of the process my project was in and responded within a day unless they told me the office would be closed before. 4 stars for the miscommunication about how I wanted the ring to look but they are a great and extremely trustworthy company. Very professional.
