They are professional and seem genuinely excited to go through every step in making a custom ring. Very responsive, flexible, and attentive. Even when I changed what I wanted over and over, they did as requested with no pushback. They even dealt with my particular situation with the original engagement ring braking and had no complaints when I requested to do a complete redesign. They even took responsibility for original ring braking. The process is fun and you get a unique piece out of it that you have control over every detail. I will gladly go to Custom Made for any future jewelry ideas and will suggest others do as well.
