Helpful every step of the way communication was constant and professional they made it seem like the right ring was more important than getting the sale. They offered constructive criticism towards the ring without trying to pressure any idea upon the customer. Perfect for those planning ahead not the best for an immediate time constraint. But hey it's a life long thing generally take the time it's worth it.
