It took way over a year from beginning to end, and the Custom Made team was patient and helpful every step of the way. The end result was beautiful. They listened to every concern I had from shipping times to price to small design changes at the last minute and worked hard to get the ring out before the date I needed it. Overall, a wonderful experience!
