I had just recently retired from a local Police Division where I spent 22 years, 17 of which I was in the K-9 division. I had retired from the Us Army before that. I sent them a message and within 24 hours I was contacted by a young lady, Lea a consultant and began this amazing process within a few days she had helped me form a concept for a ring that captured what I was looking for. I was then transferred to Joana in Design and after two to three weeks of communication on the ring, a design was produced and a 3D image was sent to me, that was exactly what I wanted. Joana helped me thru several decisions on the type of metal and finishes. I was then transferred to Rei in production. She kept me up to date on the process and the end date which she gave me a delivery of 16 March. I was shocked that she contacted me and updated the delivery to the 8th and it arrived at my home at 1400 hours I was so pleased with the ring it captures who I am. The ring is one of a kind and the detail is amazing. The price was better than what I expected with the customer attention that I received. CustomMade is an outstanding jewelry provider. I wish I had discovered them when I was getting married I would have let them design the only other ring that I wear.
