I had a great experience overall! IT was truly a positive journey from start to finish. I had a very particular design that my now fiance was looking for, and CustomMade was able to bring it to life. My overall experience was great - the only thing that brought it down from 5 stars to 4 stars was the timing of communication. Your entire experience is done virtually, and sometimes it would take 24-48 hours for the consultant to respond to your message which dragged out the process a little bit. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend!
