Overall great experience. They delivered an amazing custom ring in under 4 months. Everyone who has seen the ring loves it. They helped me to customize the ring and refine my design ideas to create my fiancee's dream ring, they were even able to incorporate on her tattoos into the design. They kept me up to date 24/7 and always let me know about any progress or setbacks, and they were even able to speed up the delivery date by a few days to get it to me before my planned proposal date. The only problem I had was with the delivery date not being certain, it changed 3 or 4 times, and ultimately was delivered 2 weeks late, although this wasn't entirely the fault of the custom made team which is why I gave a 5 star rating.
