I went to Custom Made in order to create a special, custom ring. I am extremely satisfied with the ring and very pleased with the overall experience. The people I worked with were very helpful and quick to reply to my questions (even on the weekends). They listened to what I had to say. They gave genuine advice on how to make my idea better, and not try to sell me the most expensive options. What I liked the most about the development phase was that everything was upfront. Any option for my ring was followed up with a quote and I was able to chose the best option that worked for me. Another great aspect was that each phase in creating the ring was outlined ahead of time. So I knew where I was in the development process and what was coming up next. I also knew when payments would occur and how much. Each step required my approval before we moved forward. I could tell that everything was setup so that I would be happy with the final outcome, and that I had the chance to voice my thoughts before we came to the final product. One of the best experiences I had was when the ring was finally being made. I truly had the feeling that everyone was excited for the final outcome (especially after I mentioned why I wanted to create the ring in the first place). They were very supportive and it was an overall positive experience. I will gladly come back again and I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a ring.
