I wanted to get something that represented my family and after doing some searching I found Custom Made and saw their other rings. I have always loved the way my family's crest looks, and the team at Custom Made did an amazing job making what will now be a family heirloom. It took a few months but the entire time I was kept in the loop on what was going on in the design/creation process. Whenever an issue came up or I wanted to make a change all I had to do was reach and it would be resolved within 24 hours.
