My experience was great! I was sceptical at first because buying a ring is a huge purchase and not seeing it in person is scary. The team at custom made took things at my pace and had the utmost professionalism, even when I was being very nit picky about small details. No rushing to complete things and everything was explained thoroughly. If they didn't have an answer for your question they did their due diligence to get the right answer! The ring I designed came out looking fantastic and I'm happy I went with custom made.
