The process was very easy. I sent a potential design and the Custom Made desiners were able to improve on it, and explain why one detail was too small to be crafted. One we settled on the design they kept me informed at each step.
I managed to order a chain that was too small for my wife's likeing. It was basically a choker. We contacted Custom Made and they were able to provide instructions on exchanging the chain.
Overall we are very pleased with the results.
