I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from CustomMade. The folks at CustomMade took every single question I had and answered it, as well as made every change I wanted to see in a 3D model. The engagement ring was a really in depth process for me and they were very helpful and willing to make any and every change I wanted or even just wanted to see. For the wedding band, they were able to source Montana specific gems that I really wanted to use. Because they had all the models for the engagement ring they were able to to tightly fit the band to the engagement ring without having to send in the engagement ring. The overall helpfulness and willingness to make changes really sold me on using them. Also as a guy who works a lot and doesn't have time to go into a jewelry store again and again to make changes in design CustomMade was a great way for me to design everything and have all the input I wanted right from my phone.
