The staff was very friendly and the quality of the ring is very nice. I just wish that I had been advised to go with a larger (focused) version of the signet so that the wax seal looked better. The fault is mine, but the inclusion of the mantling made the overall image too small to imprint in wax nicely -- not to mention trying to get the wax out of the ring.
