It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, everyone was very helpful and they explained all the steps of what was going on. Even if I had more questions after the first set of answers they would take their time and help me out. The ring design was my favorite part, as I got to watch as it was drawn up and then it went from what was on paper to what showed up in the box.
