I certainly had my doubts when making the initial decision to create/purchase a ring through this company, as it is a relatively small company and there weren't many reviews about them online. However, as it turns out, I made the right decision! The entire design process was very seamless, and any desired adjustments to the ring were done quickly and efficiently. They use 3D renderings to show you exactly what you ring will look like before the physical building of the ring begins. It was great working with Lea, Marco, Irene, and Matt! If I ever need another piece, I know where to go.
