From the start, the whole team was very professional and thoughtful. I was at ease very quickly which (to me at least) is very important with this kind of experience.
I was guided through the whole process.
In the end the ring was as perfect as expected, I am really happy about it.
I hope I will be able to share pictures soon as I am still working on my proposal!
