The final product is great, the process was simple, and the staff were working with me very well, every step of the way.
If you want custom work done, CustomMade is the place to go. I would suggest however, that CustomMade look into different word engraving capabilities, so that it's not just a single line of dialogue, or so limited in character amounts.
