My experience with custom made was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Outstanding staff. Lois in lead design was spot on with helping me get my ring design. He was very patient and more then helpful getting my ring just right. His team and he did and amazing job. Vincent in production lead was very helpful and made sure my ring came out perfect. He and his team did a beautiful job finishing the ring and having it come out better then I could imagine. The entire time I felt more involved in creating this family heirloom. I could not have made a better choice in having this very important ring made by CustomMade. Ty CO owner also made sure to reassure me if I needed anything or had questions about my ring. They would be more then happy to help me with it. I honestly can not thank you all for the is ring I had made after my father and my family heritage. Bless you custommade team.
