Communication was clear and constant. Multiple iterations of my ring design were presented without hesitation, and more when changes were requested. They provided great updates with examples of their process as my piece was being made. When I received my ring, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality. The renders/models shown throughout the design phase were very true to the real ring. I am very happy with my ring and can't wait to pass it on to one of my boys one day.
