The design process was simple and easy; I already had a design in mind when I came to them. They were able to create a ring almost exactly how I'd pictured it.
The process to pay and get everything was simple and laid out in very plain terms; it's very difficult to get that wrong. Come time to propose, my fiance said yes, and she was in love with the ring.
Everyone was courteous and helpful through every step, and all my questions were answered promptly. Most likely will come back in the future for other projects.
