Overall I am very happy with the experience I had with CustomMade. The team was responsive at all parts of the process, the design team did a good job working within my budget while still making a great looking ring. My only hiccup was with a quote for some accent stones that ended up being priced at 3x the quote. The gem expert was able to supply some alternative options and I did end up finding stones I was very happy with. Overall I enjoyed the process and the ring arrived well packaged and safe.
